USAA CARDHOLDER PERKS

USAA, a financial institution that serves millions of military members and their families, realized their members weren't taking full advantage of their credit card rewards for cashback and travel. I partnered with the art director Jon Irwin to create a series of email and direct mail pieces that hype USAA’s credit card rewards to help increase spending. The proof of this campaign's success was in the data, which showed that it inspired USAA members to keep their credit cards top of mind and top of wallet.
